Philosophy

The name Meilenstein represents important steps in life. Every person reaches many such milestones – and one of the first is starting kindergarten.
At the Meilenstein kindergarten, we accompany children from 0 to 6 years of age on this journey. During this time, they discover their abilities, develop new strengths, and gain valuable experiences. These early years form the foundation for the next big step – starting school.
For us, childcare is not just a job, but a calling. We want to not only supervise children, but also accompany, encourage, and strengthen them. In doing so, we create a place where they can develop safely, securely, and with curiosity.
Our work is guided by the Vienna Kindergarten Act and the federal statewide educational framework plan and is implemented with heart, joy, and commitment.
